The FIA International Court of Appeal has hit back at claims one of the judges in Pierre Gasly's Monaco penalty case had links to McLaren.

Flavio Briatore has accused one of the FIA’s International Court of Appeal judges of being linked to McLaren after a ruling on the Monaco GP came down in favor of McLaren and Red Bull, costing Alpine its podium from that event.
